Ingredients for making Moong Dal Pakora

200 sprouted moong dal

 

Half bowl of gram flour

 

Half bowl of corn flour

 

Finely chopped onion

 

Finely chopped green chillies

 

One teaspoon ginger garlic paste

 

Half teaspoon turmeric powder

 

One teaspoon dry mango powder

 

Half teaspoon chili powder

 

Oil for frying

Method of making Moong Dal Pakora:

To make Moong Dal Pakora, first of all we will keep sprouted moong dal in a big vessel and add one bowl of gram flour, half bowl of corn flour, one teaspoon ginger garlic paste and all the ground spices and prepare a good mixture.

Now keep the mixed batter aside for 5 minutes to set. On the other hand, heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, take small amounts of batter with the help of a spoon and put small pakoras in the pan and fry them.
