Honda Amaze: The Honda Amaze facelift has been introduced in India with a starting price of Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom). The 2024 Honda Amaze features a first-in-segment ADAS suite and an updated design. It includes numerous advanced features. It will provide strong competition to other models in this category. Specifically, this new compact sedan will rival the recently introduced Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Tata Tigor, and Hyundai Aura.

The 2024 Honda Amaze will come in three different versions. The fundamental variant is V. The additional variants are VX and ZX. The last two versions will include Honda Sensing features. Honda Cars India President and CEO Takuya Tsumura announced that by the financial year 2026-27, the brand will introduce 3 additional new models.

Features of the car

The small sedan features LED tail lights at the back. It appears to have been taken from the latest generation Honda City. Nevertheless, the design of the tail lamp is somewhat distinct. In place of the horizontal lights found on the Honda City, the brake lights now feature three vertical openings. Moreover, the updated Amaze features a redesigned rear bumper equipped with four sensors. A rear view camera is discreetly concealed beneath the boot. The Amaze now features a boot capacity that has been raised to 416 litres. The sleek sedan features 15-inch alloy wheels and a ground clearance of 172 mm. The updated Amaze now includes a floating 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system equipped with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The identical unit can also be found on the V and VX variants. The sedan now features the Honda Sensing ADAS package available on the Honda City and Honda Elevate. The 2024 Amaze comes equipped with safety features such as adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and lane-keeping assist.

The 2024 Honda Amaze is the inaugural compact sedan in its category to offer these features. Similar to the other models in Honda Cars India’s range, the Amaze features a camera-based ADAS system. The compact sedan receives a new 7-inch semi-digital driver info display. The cabin includes a rear AC vent. A new 2.5 HEPA filter has been incorporated. The Amaze 2024 lacks an electric sunroof.
