7-Seater Maruti Grand Vitara
Maruti’s Grand Vitara is being purchased with a hybrid engine and it has a good customer base. Taking advantage of this number plate, the company will introduce a 7-seater model based on the existing 5-seater version. It has also been spotted during testing on Indian roads.
Let us tell you that it will be made more spacious than before with exterior and interior updates. However, mechanically it is going to remain the same as the current Grand Vitara. The Grand Vitara currently being sold has mild and strong hybrid powertrain options. It can enter in the second half of the year 2025.
7-seat Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder
On the lines of the new 7-seater Grand Vitara, the Urban Cruiser is also likely to be introduced as its derivative. Both the vehicles are going to be similar in terms of features and mechanics. However, its exterior will be slightly changed for rebranding. It can also be seen in the market a few days after the 7-seater Grand Vitara arrives.

We have included XEV 7E at number three in the list. Based on the Mahindra XUV 700, which comes with an IC engine, this electric car will be developed on the company’s dedicated INGLO skateboard platform. It can get many components from the recently launched XEV 9e. However, other details like range and motor have not been revealed yet.
