Krishak Bandhu…The popular scheme of the Government of West Bengal. It has finally started an online application. This scheme for the farmers is the brainchild of Hon’ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee where farmers get a maximum of 10 thousand rupees directly in the bank account . Till now, offline forms had to be filled up at the Agriculture Department office or Duare Sarkar camp to apply for the Krishakbandhu scheme. 1. First of all, open a browser and search on Google by typing Krishak Bandhu. First, you can see the official website https://krishakbandhu.net/ and below that you will find an option Registration form, click there. For your convenience, the link to apply will be given at the end of the report, from there you can go directly to the registration page.
2. The user can click on the “Sign In” option there. By clicking on the suggested link on the following page there, the login window will appear on the screen.
3. There, you have to click on the signup option, after which the user will be directed to the online registration form. The form can be submitted after mentioning the required details.
4. The application form must be supported by attaching the required documents. The registration will be complete after the applicant submits the form.
5. The username and password will be sent to the candidates, through which they can log in to the scheme and access its features.
Eligibility Criteria
If a farmer or registered sharecropper in the age group of 18 to 60 years dies, the legal heirs of the deceased person will be eligible for a one-time grant of Rs. 2,00,000/- (only two lakh rupees).

What are the benefits under the ‘Kisan Bandhu’ assured income scheme?
Farmers who have one acre or more of cultivable land will get Rs 10,000 per acre per year. Farmers with cultivable land of one acre or less will get Rs 4,000 per acre. The amount will be paid in two instalments twice every year, i.e. in Kharif and Rabi seasons.
