To make beetroot chilla, you will need these things:
One cup gram flour
Half cup oats powder
Two large boiled beetroot
Two tablespoons ghee
Half teaspoon celery
Two pinches of asafoetida
One large onion
Two tablespoons coriander leaves
Salt as per requirement
50 grams of paneer
Prepare beetroot chilla in this way:
To prepare beetroot chilla quickly, you have to take gram flour, oats flour, celery, asafoetida and salt as per taste in a vessel, then mix all these dry things well. Now you have to put the boiled beetroot in the blender and prepare a soft paste of them.
Now mix all the other ingredients with this beetroot paste and after mixing it well, you have to prepare a beautiful red pink batter. If the batter looks too thick, then add a little water to it to dilute it. Now you have to prepare the filling. For this, first grate the paneer, then add chopped onion, green coriander and mix everything well.
Then to prepare the chilla, you have to heat the pan well, then pour the batter and spread the batter well all around the pan. Now fry the chilla on both sides till it becomes light brown. Then add the paneer filling on one side and fold it. Here you go, the spicy and hot chilla is ready.
You can serve it hot with tempered curd or chutney.
