For braking, the bike is equipped with disc brakes at both the front and rear, complemented by dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety. The suspension system features RSU telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock unit at the rear. Under the hood, the bike is powered by a 199.5cc liquid-cooled engine that delivers a maximum power of 24.3bhp and peak torque of 18.7Nm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox for smooth performance.

The 2025 Pulsar RS200 faces competition from other popular models in the market, including the KTM RC 200, Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, and TVS Apache RTR 200.
