Ranji Trophy Salary: There has been a lot of talk recently about the return of senior Indian players to the Ranji Trophy. Big names like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Rishabh Pant may play for their respective domestic teams. While the BCCI pays international players crores of rupees annually, how much do players earn in domestic matches? Let’s find out how much salary a player gets for playing in the Ranji Trophy.
Players in the Ranji Trophy do not receive a monthly or annual income. Instead, they are paid daily. League matches in this domestic tournament last 4 days, while knockout matches are played over 5 days. The salary a player earns in the Ranji Trophy also depends on their experience.
