As per the rule of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), NHAI has implemented the ‘one vehicle, one FASTag’ rule to prevent the use of multiple FASTags for one vehicle. How to update FASTag KYC

These steps can be followed to make your FASTag run smoothly:

Visit NHAI FASTag Portal: First, visit the NHAI FASTag portal.

Login: Log in using your registered mobile number and OTP.

Go to the “My Profile” section: After logging in, go to the “My Profile” section.

Select the “KYC” tab: Select the “KYC” option and update your full details.

Know KYC for FASTag issued by banks, how to update it

Visit the NETC FASTag website: First, visit the NETC FASTag website.

Select the issuing bank: Select the bank that issued your FASTag from the list.

Log in to the bank’s FASTag portal: Log in to your bank’s FASTag portal.

Update KYC details online: Update your KYC details online.

What is FASTag

FASTag uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, which enables toll payments directly from your linked account. The FASTag sticker is affixed on the windscreen of the vehicle to automatically deduct the toll. To avoid any inconvenience in travel, please update your FASTag KYC before 31 March 2025.
