Talking about design, then CarPoint has used red colour accents on the bumper, hood scoop, fenders and door garnish. The brake calipers have also been painted in red. Larger alloy wheels replace the stock units, which appear to be 20-inch or 21-inch units. These are fitted with ultra-low-profile tyres which are also much wider than the original units. The stock Renault Duster has a class-leading ground clearance of 217mm.

Talking about features, then it gets a 10.1-inch touchscreen information system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, a 6-speaker Arkamys 3D sound system, connected car tech, and cruise control.
For safety it comes with 6 airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) including automatic emergency braking, traffic sign recognition and speeding alert, and lane keep assist.

Talking about engine, then the new-gen Duster comes with 3 powertrain options, first with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol powertrain paired with a 48 V mild hybrid system, generating a total of 130 PS. The second engine comes with a 1.6-litre strong hybrid petrol engine paired to 2 electric motors powered by a 1.2kWh battery pack, generating a peak output of 140 Ps . And, the third engine comes with a 1-litre petrol-LPG powered unit producing 100 PS, mated with a 6-speed transmission that powers all the four wheels.

Talking about price, then Prices of this SUV are expected to start from 10 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete with SUVs like Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Hyundai Creta, MG Astor, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Honda Elevate, and Citroen C3 Aircross, while the Tata Curvv and Citroen Basalt will serve as SUV-coupe alternatives to the Renault SUV.
