Design
First of all, let’s talk about the design. As the name suggests, the Scrambler Icon Dark Edition comes in a completely black theme. The bike’s bodywork, engine, cycle parts and even the headlamp lens have been given a black finish. This dark and matte color combination gives the bike a “sinister” look, which is enough to grab everyone’s attention on the road.
Engine
Now talking about its engine, the heart of this bike is the 803cc, L-Twin, air/oil-cooled engine, which produces 73bhp of power and 65Nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, which also has an up/down quickshifter. That means there is no need to pull the clutch to change gears – just a little kick and the bike will shift gears on its own!
Features
- 4.3-inch TFT display (with Bluetooth connectivity)
- 4-level traction control
- Cornering ABS (safe braking even while turning)
- 2 riding modes – Road (normal) and Sport (aggressive)
Suspension
The steel trellis frame of this bike is quite strong and it is setup with USD fork and preload adjustable monoshock. Talking about the wheels, 18-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel have been given, on which Pirelli MT 60 RS tyres are fitted. This combination gives excellent grip on both off-road and highway.
