Hyundai Ioniq 9: Hyundai has unveiled its premium electric SUV, the Ioniq 9, at the Auto Expo 2025, part of the Bharat Mobility 2025 initiative.

This exciting model boasts an array of impressive features, including three rows of seating, striking LED signature lights, and a choice of alloy wheels in 19, 20, and 21 inches. The Ioniq 9 also offers a panoramic sunroof, pilot seats in the second row, and a generous boot space of 620 liters. Tech enthusiasts will appreciate the 100-watt high-output USB Type C port, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and a matching 12.3-inch infotainment system, all enhanced by ambient lighting and Hyundai Car Play.

Safety and convenience are prioritized with features like digital side mirrors, remote smart parking assist-2, highway driving assist-2, dual-tone interiors, flush door handles, ABS, EBD, multiple airbags, front and rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child anchorage, roof rails, a 360-degree camera, electrically adjustable seats, and even massage function seats.

Probable launch and price

While the exact launch date remains under wraps, it is anticipated that Hyundai will introduce the Ioniq 9 to the Indian market by late 2025, with a projected ex-showroom price around Rs 1.30 crore. The SUV is equipped with a robust 110.3 kWh battery, offering a WLTP range of up to 620 km on a full charge. Additionally, it can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 20 minutes using a fast charger.
