Ather Rizta: The country’s leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ather Energy has finally launched its first family electric scooter Ather Rizta in the Indian market.
The company says that this electric scooter has been specially designed keeping in mind the needs of Indian families. Ather Rizta is being givin this big seat in the segmenet and 56 liter of the storage space.
The company has used amazing technology and features in Ather Rizta, which makes it completely different from the rest in the segment.
The company’s co-founder and CEO Tarun Mehta says that this new family electric scooter will provide better seating space to the driver and co-passenger. Apart from this, this scooter is also more practical in terms of storage space.
Battery pack and driving range:
The company has introduced Ather Rizta in two variants Rizta S and Rizta Z. It has been launched in the market with two different battery packs. Rizta S has a small battery pack (2.9 kWh) which gives a range of up to 121 km (105 km true range) in a single charge.
On the other hand, Rizta Z has the option of a larger battery pack (3.7 kWh) which is capable of traveling up to 160 km (125 km true range) in a single charge.
This battery pack, which comes with IP67 rating, has a water wading capacity of 400 mm. This means that you can easily drive it in almost all types of road conditions.
Better space and comfort:
Ather Rizta has been introduced as a family scooter. Obviously, the company has taken good care of storage and space in it. Even after two adults sit together on this scooter, there is still a lot of space left on the seat.
The company says that it has a better and spacious flatboard for tall people. Apart from this, back-rest support is also available for the pillion riders.
Amazing features are available:
In the Rizta S, the company has given a 7.0-inch non-touch DeepView digital display on the dashboard, which is seen in the 450S. While the Z variant comes with a 7.0-inch TFT touchscreen display as seen in the 450X electric scooter.
Equipped with telescopic fork, 12-inch alloy front wheel and front disc brake, the scooter also has a security cover and a wraparound LED tail light.
