Bajaj has launched the Chetak Blue 3202, increasing the range of its Chetak electric scooter. The ex-showroom price of this electric scooter has been fixed at ₹ 1.15 lakh.

Blue 3202 is a renamed urban variant. New cells have been installed in it, which claim to give more range without any change in battery capacity.

The special thing is that earlier its range was 126 km, which has now increased to 137 km. Not only this, the first urban variant of Chetak was priced at ₹ 1.23 lakh. That is, now buying it has become ₹ 8,000 cheaper.

Charging of Chetak Blue 3202

The Chetak Blue 3202 takes 5 hours and 50 minutes to fully charge with an off-board 650W charger. The Chetak Blue 3202 is similar to the Urban variant in terms of underpinnings and features.

This means you get keyless ignition and a color LCD. With the Techpack option priced at ₹ 5,000, it also gets sports mode, a top speed of 73 mph, Bluetooth connectivity, hill hold, and reverse mode. You will be able to buy it in 4 color options Blue, White, Black, and Gray.

Chetak 3201 Special Edition

On the other hand, the company launched a new edition of the Chetak electric scooter included in its electric two-wheeler portfolio in August.

The company has named it Chetak 3201. It is claimed that it can run 136km on a full charge. Its ex-showroom price has been fixed at ₹ 1.30 lakh.

This price is with the EMPS-2024 scheme. This is the introductory price, which will later become ₹ 1.40 lakh. The special thing is that customers will also be able to buy it from e-commerce platform Amazon.

The Bajaj Chetak 3201 Special Edition scooter is based on its top-spec premium variant. The company has also changed its look and it is available only in Brooklyn Black color.

Talking about the special features of this scooter, it has got an IP 67 rating, which makes it water resistant. Also, features like Bluetooth connectivity, Chetak app, color TFT display instrument cluster, and auto hazard light have been included in it.
