Commercial Vehicle Sales: The data for commercial vehicle sales for July 2024 has been released. Retail sales of this segment grew by 5.93% on a year-on-year basis and 10.05% on a month-on-month basis. This segment may see rapid growth in the coming days.
Actually, the festive season is starting from September. In such a situation, the demand for commercial vehicles may increase. Last month, a total of 80,057 units were sold in this segment. In July 2023, this figure was 75,573 units. Let’s take a look at their sales once.

Commercial Vehicle Sales July 2024
Talking about the july sale 2024, then Tata Motors Limited sold 27,492 vehicles in July 2024 and its market share was 34.34%. At the same time, in July 2023, this figure was 27,379 units and the market share was 36.23%. Mahindra & Mahindra Limited sold 19,023 vehicles in July 2024 and its market share was 23.76%.
At the same time, in July 2023, this figure was 17,637 units and the market share was 23.34%. Ashok Leyland Limited sold 13,914 vehicles in July 2024 and its market share was 17.38%. At the same time, in July 2023, this figure was 12,380 units and the market share was 16.38%.
In the same way , the VE Commercial Vehicle Limited sold 6,607 vehicles in July 2024 and its market share was 8.25%. At the same time, this figure was 5,515 units in July 2023 and the market share was 7.30%. Maruti Suzuki India Limited sold 3,519 vehicles in July 2024 and its market share was 4.40%.
At the same time, this figure was 3,362 units in July 2023 and the market share was 4.45%. Force Motor India Limited sold 1,866 vehicles in July 2024 and its market share was 2.33%. At the same time, this figure was 1,711 units in July 2023 and the market share was 2.26%.
In the same way Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Private Limited sold 1,576 vehicles in July 2024 and its market share was 1.97%. At the same time, in July 2023, this figure was 1,502 units and the market share was 1.99%. SML ISUZU Limited sold 1,252 vehicles in July 2024 and its market share was 1.56%.
At the same time, in July 2023, this figure was 1,136 units and the market share was 1.50%. Other companies sold 4,808 vehicles in July 2024 and their market share was 6.01%. At the same time, in July 2023, this figure was 4,951 units and the market share was 6.55%.
