Hero Xoom 125 variants, price, and colors

This scooter is available in two variants, VX and ZX, which are priced at ₹ 86,900 and ₹ 92,900, respectively, ex-showroom. The VX variant is available in two color options: Matte Storm Gray and Metallic Turbo Blue. In addition to these two colors, Matte Neon Lime and Inferno Red are also available in the ZX variant.

Modern features of Hero Xoom 125

The Hero Xoom 125 comes with many features. This new scooter has all-LED lighting, cornering front lights, and an illuminated start switch. It also has smartphone and Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alerts, and an LCD instrument cluster with an external fuel filler cap.

Hero Xoom 125 Powertrain

The Xoom 125 has the same engine as the Destiny 125: a 124.6 cc single-cylinder motor that generates 9hp and 10.4Nm of peak torque. The Hero Xoom 125 has telescopic forks and a mono-shock.

The Xoom 125 differs from the Destiny in that it runs on 14-inch wheels on both sides like the Aprilia SR 125. Since the Xoom 125 falls in Hero’s sporty scooter family, it gets sharp, angular styling like its other siblings.

It gets 110-section tires at the front and 120-section tires at the rear. Overall, the Hero Xoom 125 has a fresh and sharp design that appeals to young riders and those who want a sporty look.

Hero Xoom 125 Competition

In this new scooter, the Hero Xoom 125 competes with other sporty 125 cc scooters like the TVS Ntorq, Aprilia SR 125, Suzuki Avenis, and Yamaha RayZR 125.

In such a situation, it would not be wrong to say that the Xoom 125 has become the first scooter to be available for sale in India that gets sequential turn indicators like some high-end luxury cars. Its bookings will start in February 2025 and deliveries are expected to start from March 2025.
