Honda is preparing to launch its only Elevate SUV in a new avatar after the new Amaze in the Indian market. According to the report, Honda Elevate can soon be introduced in Dark-Black Edition. This SUV has been spotted recently during testing. Let’s know about it in detail.

Attractive design

During testing, the look of the new Honda Elevate Dark Edition looks quite attractive. It has a full-black paint theme with Dark Edition badging. According to the report, its interior has also been designed in an all-black theme.

Apart from this, the alloy wheel in the Honda Elevate Black Edition will also be black in color. It can have tinted privacy glass for the rear window, rear windshield, and sunroof. Overall, the look of this special edition is going to be very sporty and attractive.

New features

Many features will also be offered in the new Honda Black Edition. It is likely to offer features like auto climate control, connected car technology, and level-2 ADAS. Honda Elevate comes with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 7-inch semi-digital driver display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support and a sunroof.

Powertrain

There will be no change in the powertrain of Honda Elevate. This SUV has a 1.5-litre petrol engine. With this engine, there is a choice of 6-speed manual and CVT automatic gearbox.

Its manual variant gives a mileage of 15.31KMPL and CVT variant 16.92KMPL. In the market, Honda Elevate competes with cars like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Sonet, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyrider, Volkswagen Taigun, Citroen C3 Aircross, Skoda Kushaq and MG Astor.

The new Honda Elevate can be given Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features with six airbags, a hill start assist, vehicle stability assist, and a rear parking camera.
