Powerful design of Tata Punch EV

The Tata Punch EV has been given a design inspired by the Nexon EV. It gets an LED light bar at the front, which covers the entire grille. Inspired by the Nexon facelift, this design gives the SUV a modern and premium look.

Its front bumper has also been redesigned, which has split LED headlights and a silver skid plate. At the rear, it looks similar to its ICE (petrol version) model, but the Y-shaped taillights and roof-mounted spoiler make it even more stylish.

Talking about the side profile, it now has 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, which give it a sporty look. The most important thing is that disc brakes are available on all the wheels, which make the braking performance of the car excellent.

Battery and range of Tata Punch EV

Tata Motors has built the Punch EV on its new acti.ev electric platform. This SUV comes in two different battery options. The first option is a 25kWh battery pack, which has a certified range of 315 km. The second option is a 35kWh battery pack, which has a certified range of 421 km.

To make charging easier, Tata has given the option of 7.2kW fast home charger (for LR variant) and 3.3kW wallbox charger. If you use a DC fast charger, this EV can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 56 minutes.

Premium interior and features of Tata Punch EV

A large 10.25-inch infotainment screen has been given on the dashboard, which supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Apart from this, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster has also been given, which improves the driving experience. Tata’s new two-spoke steering wheel is also seen in the SUV, which has the Tata logo on it.

Safety and other features of Tata Punch EV

Tata Motors has also taken full care of safety in the Punch EV. It has many advanced safety features, which make it a safe electric SUV. Features like 6 airbags, ABS, ESC, ESP, cruise control and 360 degree camera are provided as standard in the SUV. Its battery is water-proof and dust-proof, on which a warranty of 8 years or 1,60,000 km is being given.
