Design of Hyundai Alcazar Facelift
The facelift version of the 2024 Hyundai Alcazar will see many changes in the exterior design. Media reports have revealed that this new Alcazar will share many design elements from the updated version of the Hyundai Creta. It may include a new grille design at the front, split-LED headlights, and connected LED DRLs which will give it a new identity.
There won’t be much change in the side profile but the newly designed alloy wheels will make its look even better. At the rear, the vertically stacked design with connected LED tail lamps will make it different from the Creta.
Features of Hyundai Alcazar Facelift
The interiors of the new Hyundai Alcazar may look similar to the Creta but it may have a different theme. This SUV will include dual 10.25-inch integrated displays (one for infotainment and the other for driver display). Apart from this, there can also be features like a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, 8-speaker Bose sound system, and wireless phone charging. 6-seater and 7-seater options will also be available in the Alcazar.
Talking about its safety, the Facelifted Alcazar can be given safety features like 6 airbags, front and rear parking sensors, electronic parking brake with auto hold, and electronic stability program.
Apart from this, it is likely that Hyundai can also include Advanced Driver-Assistance System (ADAS) in this new model, which is now also available in the more affordable Creta SUV.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Engines
Talking about its engine, in terms of 2024 Hyundai Alcazar engine, it is expected to have the same engine options as the current model. Because it is just a midlife refresh, there will be no major changes in it. It will have a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine that generates 160 PS with 253 Nm of torque, while the other is a 1.5-litre diesel engine that generates 116 PS of power with 250 Nm of torque.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Price and Competition
Talking about the price, the price of 2024 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift can be slightly higher than the current model. Its base model is expected to start at around Rs 17 lakh (ex-showroom).
Currently, the price of Alcazar ranges from Rs 16.77 lakh to Rs 21.28 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). It will compete with SUVs like Mahindra XUV700, Tata Safari, and MG Hector Plus.
