Booking is available on both the company’s website and dealerships. It will be grandly unveiled at the India Mobility Global Expo starting January 17, 2025. Even before the launch, the company has revealed many of its great features. The company claims that this electric SUV will be charged in just 58 minutes with a fast charger and will cover a distance of up to 473 km once fully charged.
Powerful Features and Specifications of Hyundai Creta Electric
Hyundai Creta Electric will come with two battery options. The 42kWh battery pack will give a range of 390 km on a single charge, while the larger 51.4kWh battery pack will provide a great range of up to 473 km on a single charge. Hyundai claims that its long-range variant can accelerate from 0 to 100 mph in just 7.9 seconds. It will also get three drive modes (Eco, Normal, and Sport) which will make the driving experience even more fun. It also has i-pedal technology for single-pedal driving.
Powerful Charging and Variants
Talking about charging, this electric SUV gets charged from 10% to 80% in just 58 minutes with a DC fast charger. At the same time, it will take 4 hours to charge from 10% to 100% with an 11kW AC wall box charger. Hyundai Creta Electric will be available in a total of 4 variants: Executive, Smart, Premium, and Excellence.
A Modern Features of Safety
This electric SUV features two 10.25-inch screens, a new floating central console design, a 360-degree camera, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System), a panoramic sunroof, and many digital features of Hyundai. Apart from this, this EV also has a Vehicle-to-Load (V2V) feature, with the help of which one electric vehicle can be charged from another electric vehicle.
Attractive Colour Options
This SUV will be available in 8 monotone and 2 dual-tone color options, including 3 matte finish colors. In total, customers will get to see 10 color options.
Competition and Platform
It will compete with vehicles like the Maruti E-Vitara, Mahindra BE 6, and Tata Curvv EV in the market. However, all these SUVs are based on the born-electric skateboard platform while the Creta Electric is adopted from the ICE platform.
