Hyundai Inster Cross EV: Many companies are launching vehicles at the India Mobility Global Expo 2025. Hyundai India made a splash by launching the Creta Electric on the first day of the event. However, outside the country, Hyundai UK has revealed the prices and specifications of the Inster Cross EV.
The company has announced the prices of the Inster Cross, the SUV-focused variant of the Inster compact EV to be introduced in June 2024. Production of the Inster Cross is underway at the company’s manufacturing plant in Korea.
Alloy wheels
The biggest feature of the Inster is the SUV-like styling incorporated in its compact dimensions. The Monster Cross will come with wide, rectangular front and rear bumpers and raised black color cladding.
Front and rear skid plates as well as 17-inch alloy wheels provide better safety while driving on bad roads than the regular Inster. The Monster Cross will be offered in a new shade of green, which will be exclusive to this crossover variant.
360 km range on full charge
Talking about its performance, the Inster has a 49kWh battery, which powers an electric motor with 115bhp power and 147Nm torque. Hyundai claims that it accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in 10.6 seconds. Its top speed is around 150 km/h.
According to the company, the Inster gives a range of about 360 km on a full charge. Hyundai is offering an ADAS package, which includes adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and avoidance assist.
Prices of more than 30 lakh
Talking about the interior of the Hyundai Inster Cross EV, it will see a combination of new colors and trim, which will come with gray cloth lime-yellow accents. The trim will be complemented by lime-aloe accents on the dashboard.
Like the base model, the Inster Cross will also get many features that are usually offered in higher-segment cars. The on-road price of the 49kWh battery pack variant of the Inster Cross is £28,745 (approx. ₹30.53 lakh).
