More than 3,100 units of the MG Windsor EV were sold in November 2024, which is more than any other model of MG. In comparison, 1,106 units of the MG Hector were sold, which stood second. Apart from this, the MG Windsor EV also surpassed the Mahindra XUV400, Citroen eC3, and MG ZS EV in terms of sales.

The MG Windsor EV is available in three variants, priced from Rs 13.50 lakh to Rs. 15.50 lakh (ex-showroom + battery cost). But, to make it more affordable, MG has introduced the BAAS (Battery as a Service) scheme. Under this plan, the price of the starting variant comes down to just Rs 10 lakh. Customers can rent the battery and pay Rs 3.5 per kilometre.
