Kia Car: On the first day of Navratri on 3 October in India, Kia Motors launched its two most special cars. One of these cars, the Kia, is the new Carnival Limousine, which is a facelift model, and the other is the electric SUV Kia EV9. The people of India have been waiting for the Kia EV9 for a long time, and today, people will be able to see the premium EV and know about the price.
Kia India has launched the new Carnival Facelift and EV9 as part of its efforts to expand its product portfolio along with increasing its presence in the premium MPV and powerful electric SUV segment, and both these vehicles come with a modern look and loaded tech features.
Kia EV9’s look-features and range
The powerful electric SUV of Kia EV9 has a boxy silhouette design along with sleek LED headlamps, tiger face grille, 20 to 22 inch wheels, 200 mm ground clearance and dual panoramic sunroof as external features.
At the same time, this 7 seater EV has premium interiors as well as a modern dashboard, ventilated seats, multizone climate control, two 12.3-inch screens (for infotainment control and drive display), wireless charger and more than 27 cutting edge functions of ADAS including world-class features.
Kia EV will be launched in single motor and dual motor options, in which the rear wheel drivetrain variant generates 212 bhp of power and 350 Nm of peak torque. At the same time, the all wheel drivetrain generates 379 bhp of power and 700 Nm of peak torque. This electric SUV can have battery options ranging from 76 kWh to 99.8 kWh, ranging from 370 km to 490 km. Kia EV9 can be charged up to 80 percent in just 30 hours.
What is special in the new Kia Carnival
Kia India’s new Carnival Limousine is coming with many special features. When its booking started before the launch, more than 1800 pre-orders were received in the first 24 hours. This MPV has many new features including better look and design as well as premium interior, one touch smart power sliding door, powered relaxation seats in the second row along with ventilation and leg support, 12.3 inch infotainment system and 12.3 inch digital instrument cluster, screen for entertainment on the rear seat, dual panoramic sunroof, 12-speaker Bose premium sound system, Level 2 Aidas with 23 autonomous features and 9 airbags.
The new Kia Carnival Limousine has a 2.2 litre 4 cylinder diesel engine, which is with 8-speed transmission. The ex-showroom price of the new Carnival can start from Rs 50 lakh. This limousine will be brought to India as a completely built unit.
