Maruti Suzuki Fronx has set a new record in the Indian automobile market. In February 2025, this SUV not only recorded its highest ever sales by selling 21,461 units, but also surpassed popular cars like Maruti WagonR and Hyundai Creta. The special thing is that Fronx has become Maruti’s first SUV to cross the sales mark of 1 lakh units in 10 months.

Maruti Fronx Price and Value for Money Factor

The price of Maruti Fronx makes it even more special. Its starting ex-showroom price is Rs 7.52 lakh, while it goes up to Rs 13.04 lakh for the top variant. Considering its price, it is one of the most affordable options in the sub-4 meter SUV segment. For customers who want a stylish, powerful and reliable SUV on a low budget, Fronx is proving to be a great option.

Design and Look

Although the Fronx is built on the platform of Maruti Suzuki Baleno, its design is completely like an SUV. Its muscular front grille, LED DRL and Grand Vitara-like styling give it the look of a mini SUV. This is why many people are also calling it “Baby Grand Vitara”.

Powerful features of Maruti Fronx

The Fronx has many premium and modern features, which make it different from other SUVs in the segment. It includes features like 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 360-degree camera, heads-up display (HUD) and automatic climate control.
