Competition in the Indian SUV market is increasing day by day, and Maruti Suzuki does not want to be left behind in this race. Recently, a 7-seater version of the Grand Vitara has been spotted testing near the Kharkhoda plant in Haryana. Design

Front design -The front of the new Grand Vitara features a refreshed grille, redesigned bumper, and headlamps with new daytime running lights (DRLs). This design seems to be inspired by the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara electric SUV.

Side profile– From the side, this SUV looks tall and strong. It has newly designed alloy wheels and chunky side cladding, which gives it a rough and tough look.

Rear design– The rear has connected LED taillamps, shark-fin antenna, and a new rear bumper. This design gives the SUV a premium and modern look.

Interior

Now talking about its interior, the interior of the new Grand Vitara 7-Seater is also quite attractive and feature-packed. It has a large infotainment touchscreen, redesigned dashboard, and automatic climate control. Apart from this, features like panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, 360-degree camera, and rear AC vents are also present in it. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) is also expected, although it has not been confirmed yet.

Performance

So let’s now talk about its performance, the new Grand Vitara 7-Seater will be based on the same platform as the current 5-seater model. It will be offered with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.5-liter hybrid powertrain. Transmission options will also be the same as the 5-seater variant. This engine will not only provide fuel efficiency but also great performance.

Price

Now talking about its price, the new Grand Vitara 7-Seater will be priced higher than the current 5-seater variant. it is between Rs 10.99 lakh to Rs 20.09 lakh. It is expected to be launched in late 2025 or early 2026.
