Suzuki Gixxer 2025: Suzuki India has introduced the 2025 Gixxer 250 in the Indian market. This quarter-litre motorcycle now meets OBD 2 regulations, while retaining the features of its predecessor.

Design and other specifications

The design of the 2025 Gixxer 250 remains unchanged, featuring the same flat LED headlight, robust fuel tank, and tank extensions. It will be offered in three color variants: Metallic Matte Black No. 2, Metallic Matte Bordeaux Red, and Pearl Glacier White. The starting ex-showroom price is set at Rs 1.98 lakh.

Engine and power of the bike

The bike is powered by an OBD2-compliant 249cc single-cylinder engine, producing 26.5bhp at 9,500rpm and a peak torque of 22.2Nm at 7,500rpm, paired with a 6-speed transmission. Additional features include smartphone connectivity, dual-channel ABS, and an LCD display with LED lighting. The hardware specifications remain consistent with the previous model, featuring telescopic front forks, a monoshock rear, disc brakes at both ends, and alloy wheels.

Bookings for the 2025 Suzuki Gixxer 250 have commenced, with deliveries expected to start shortly.
