Hero Xoom 125R: In 2023 at the EICMA motor show Hero introduced a sporty scooter named Xoom 125R. Now, In 2025 at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, the scooter has been launched officially.
The Xoom 125R is the successor of Xoom 110 and aims to meet the growing demand for premium 125cc scooters in India. With its launch, the Xoom lineup has now expanded to offer three models under its nameplate.

The Xoom 125R is powered by a 124.7cc air-cooled engine, the same unit that powers the Hero Destini 125. This engine produces 9 bhp of power at a torque of 11.01 nm which is paired to a CVT gearbox. The company claims that the Xoom 125R can accelerate from 0-60 kmph in 6.9 seconds.
This 125cc scooter carries forward the same design as we see in the current Xoom 110 design language. while adding its own distinctive elements for starters, it gets a sharp LED headlight and a split tail light. The 125R gets a lot of sharp lines and folds that set it apart from its smaller sibling.
The Scooter is equipped with a disc brake at the front, drum brake at the rear, telescopic front forks and a monoshock at the rear. Moreover, it rides on 14-inch alloy wheels with thin, machine-finished spokes.
Other features include sequential LED turn indicators and a fully digital instrument cluster that offers turn-by-turn navigation and Bluetooth connectivity.
Hero Xoom 125R Price and Booking Details:
Bookings for the Xoom 125R is already started from Feb 2025 and deliveries are expected to start from mid of the March 2025.
The price of this scooter starts from Rs. 88,200 lakh (ex-showroom). However, Prices may vary based on different geographical locations.
In the Indian market this scooter will compete against the scooters like TVS Jupiter, TVS Ntorq 125, Suzuki Avensis, and other 125cc scooters of this segment.
