Launch

First of all, talking about its launch. Nissan has confirmed that their new C-segment SUV will be launched in India during FY2026 (April 2025 – March 2026). Apart from this, its 7-seater version can also be introduced by the end of this year. The company has chosen a new name for it, which will be revealed at the time of launch.

Design and Exterior

Talking about the design. this SUV will be based on the platform of Renault Duster, but it will show Nissan’s own unique style. Renderings show that it will have features like L-shaped LED DRLs, LED light bar, stylish grille and muscular bumper. The interior is expected to have premium features like a 10.1-inch touchscreen, 7-inch digital cluster and 360-degree camera.

Engine

Now talking about its engine, it will come with a 1.3-liter turbo-petrol engine (152 BHP/250 Nm). which will be connected to a 7-speed DCT automatic transmission.
