Renault Kwid EV: Renault Kwid EV has been spotted recently during testing. Kwid EV has been seen during testing. In view of which it is expected that it can be launched in India soon. When launch in India it will compete with vehicles like Tata Punch EV, Citroen eC3 and MG Comet.
How will the style of Renault Kwid EV look?
The model of Renault Kwid EV that has been spotted during testing has LED DRLs in the front like the new-generation Duster. Charging port has been seen on the front side of the vehicle.
Talking about other more things, it has a split headlamp setup, closed-off grille, single wiper and rugged bumper design. Square wheel arch, door side trim and traditional door handle were seen in the side profile. Renault Kwid EV will have a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
Also, features like minimalistic center console, three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, circular AC vents, stubby gear lever, contrasting white highlights, dual-tone interior theme can be seen.
What will be the powertrain of Renault Kwid EV
Two variants of Renault Kwid EV have been introduced in international markets. Its top variant has a 26.8 kWh battery pack, which generates 65 hp and 113 Nm. Its range is 225 km and this car accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in 13.7 seconds.
What will be the price of Renault Kwid EV
Looking at the way Renault Kwid EV is being tested, it is expected that it can be launched in the Indian market soon. It will enter the entry-level EV segment. Its price in India can start from Rs 11 lakh.
