Design and Features
First of all, talking about its design, the design of the Classic 650 Twin is inspired by Royal Enfield’s old Classic 350, but many modern touches have also been added to it. The main frame, sub-frame, and swingarm of this bike are shared with the Shotgun 650. This bike will be known for its retro styling, which includes a rounded LED headlamp, position lights, teardrop shaped fuel tank, and a large analog instrument cluster.
Engine
Now talking about its engine, the Classic 650 Twin has a 647cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine, which produces 46.4 hp power at 7,250 rpm and 52.3 Nm torque at 5,650 rpm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission, in which slip and assist clutch has been used. This feature makes gear shifting smooth and easy.
Price
Now the most important thing is its price, Classic 650 Twin is positioned between Continental GT 650 and Shotgun 650. This bike offers a great mix of classic styling and powerful performance. Although its official price has not been revealed yet, its ex-showroom price is expected to be around Rs 3.5 lakh.
