Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Royal Enfield announced the prices of the Himalayan 450 adventure motorcycle in November 2023. The motorcycle was offered in 3 trim levels; Base, Pass and Summit. Its ex-showroom price ranges from Rs 2.69 lakh to Rs 2.84 lakh, which was the introductory price and was valid only till December 31, 2023. But now Royal Enfield has increased the prices of Himalayan by up to Rs 16,000.

Talking about features, then it is equipped with an open cartridge USD front fork and preload-adjustable monoshock rear suspension. The motorcycle is equipped with 21-inch front and 17-inch wire-spoke rims, which come with custom tubed CEAT tyres. This motorcycle gets three different riding modes, including Eco, Performance (with rear ABS), and Performance (with rear ABS disengaged).

Talking about engine, then is powered by a new 451.65cc, liquid-cooled engine known as the Sherpa 450. This single-cylinder engine generates 40bhp of power at 8,000rpm and 40Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm. This powertrain is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slip-and-assist clutch.

Talking about price, then the entry level Himalayan 450 Kaja Brown paint scheme has now become costlier by Rs 16,000. Now its ex-showroom price has increased from Rs 2.69 lakh to Rs 2.85 lakh.

While the company has increased the prices of Slate Blue and Salt variants by Rs 15,000 and now its ex-showroom price has become Rs 2.89 lakh.

The price of Himalayan 450’s Kamet White and Henley Black options has now been increased by Rs 14,000. The price of Kamet White is now Rs 2.93 lakh, while the ex-showroom price of Henley Black is Rs 2.98 lakh.
