Royal Enfield Scram 440: The Royal Enfield Scram 440 is poised for an imminent launch in India. Initially unveiled at Motoverse 2024, the pricing details are anticipated to be revealed within this month. This model serves as an enhanced iteration of the Scram 411, boasting several notable upgrades.
Engine and power
The Scram 440 is equipped with a larger engine, now at 443cc, which delivers a power output of 25.4bhp at 6,250rpm and a torque of 34Nm at 4,000rpm. It features a 6-speed transmission gearbox, and Royal Enfield asserts that this new engine offers improved top-end performance, making it more comfortable and refined for long-distance rides.
Features and specifications
Additionally, the Scram 440 incorporates advanced technology and features, enhancing its appeal. It includes options for LED headlights, switchable dual-channel ABS, an updated braking system, a pull-type clutch, and a top box mount. The motorcycle will be available in two variants: the Trail variant, which features 19/17-inch tube-type spoke wheels, and the Force variant, equipped with alloy wheels and tubeless tires.

Design and colour options
While the overall design remains largely unchanged, the color palette has been refreshed, offering five new options: Force Teal, Force Blue, Force Grey, Trail Green, and Trail Blue. Bookings for the Royal Enfield Scram 440 are set to commence shortly, with the official launch expected by the end of this month.
