Scorpio Classic S11 Design
There has been no change in the basic look of the old Scorpio model, but some new features have been added to the Scorpio Classic. It has a newly designed grille with chrome slats, and the new Mahindra logo is seen in its center. The bumper and bonnet of the SUV have been made bolder and more attractive than before. New DRLs (Daylight Running Lights) have been given on the side of the grille. At the rear, the signature Scorpio tower LED tail lamps have been given. Apart from this, it also includes new 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Scorpio Classic S11 Exterior and Interior
Talking about the exterior, many updates have been included in the new Mahindra Scorpio Classic. It has new LED DRLs above the fog lights cluster, updated bumper, projector headlamps, 6 vertical chrome slats, dual tone alloy wheels and reverse LED tail lights.
Talking about the interior, it has a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which gives users a modern technology experience. Apart from this, it also has features like electrically adjustable ORVMs, cruise control, automatic climate control, height-adjustable driver seat, and dual tone color interior. Rear wiper and washer are also included.
Scorpio Classic S11 Features
Many advanced features have been given in Scorpio Classic. It gets features like cruise control, projector headlights with LED DRLs, dual frontal airbags, auto climate control, 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth and AUX connectivity, rear parking sensor and ABS with EBD. For safety, Mahindra has provided features like dual airbags, ABS with EBD, hill hold assist, and engine immobilizer in the Scorpio Classic S11, which ensures the safety of the passengers.
Mahindra Scorpio Classic S11 Engine
Mahindra Scorpio Classic has a 2184 cc mHawk 4-cylinder engine for power. It has a variable geometry turbocharger with actuator and 4 valves per cylinder. This engine comes with common rail direct injection technology. There is no automatic option in this car, for this customers will have to choose the Scorpio-N model. Apart from this, it also has an optional all-wheel drive configuration with turbo-petrol engine.
This 2184 cc engine generates a maximum power of 97 kW at 3750 rpm and a peak torque of 300 Nm at 1600-2800 rpm. It has a 6-speed manual transmission. Mahindra Scorpio Classic has disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the rear.
Mahindra Scorpio Classic S11 Suspension
It has hydraulic double acting, telescopic shock absorbers. The front of the car has a double wish-bone type, independent front coil spring, while the rear has a multi link coil spring suspension with anti-roll bar. The length of Mahindra Scorpio Classic is 4456 mm, width 1820 mm, and height 1995 mm. Its wheelbase is 2680 mm.
