Tata Motors has made a major update to its vehicle portfolio. The company has launched the new Red Dark Edition of its popular SUV Nexon CNG in the market. The starting ex-showroom price of the new Dark Edition is Rs 12.70 lakh. You are getting dual-cylinder CNG technology in the new variant. Tata Nexon CNG
The company has made some cosmetic updates in the Nexon CNG Red Dark Edition. Its exterior has been changed. The premium interior has been prepared with red color accents and, a dark theme finish. Its wheels come with a bold carbon black paint finish with red color accents. Makes this SUV more sporty.
Nexon was launched in September last year. Its starting price is Rs 8.99 lakh. Now the company has launched three new variants of its Dark Edition in the market. It includes Creative Plus S, Creative Plus PS, and Fearless Plus PS. The prices of these three variants are different.

Creative + S is priced at Rs 12.7 lakh, Creative + PS is priced at Rs 13.7 lakh, and Fearless + PS variant is priced at Rs 14.5 lakh.
Engine and crash test
This edition has a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine. It gives a maximum power of 99 bhp. Direct CNG start technology has been given in it. This feature makes it the first turbocharged CNG model in the market. It comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Tata Nexon has got a 5-star rating in the crash test.
A good option in terms of mileage
Its petrol variant gives a mileage of about 17 km per liter. At the same time, its diesel variant can give a mileage of up to 23 kilometers per liter. Talking about the CNG variant, the CNG variant can also give a mileage of up to 17 km/kg.
