Tata Motors is offering a discount of Rs 2.85 lakh on its popular Nexon SUV this month. This discount is being given on the model year 2023 (MY2023) of the car. Many dealers of the company have stock of MY2023 Nexon left. This is the reason why this month this SUV is getting a huge discount. Some dealers of the company still have an inventory of the pre-facelift of Nexon. In such a situation, to remove this SUV from the stock, the company is offering a huge discount of up to Rs 2.85 lakh on it.
This includes an exchange or scrappage bonus along with a cash discount. However, the unit of Nexon facelift ready in 2023 gets a benefit of up to Rs 2.10 lakh. MY2024 Nexon is getting a discount of up to Rs 45,000 depending on the variant.
Interior and features of Tata Nexon facelift
Talking about the interior of the Tata Nexon facelift, the facelift is quite similar to the Curve concept. There are very few physical buttons in the center console. These have been replaced by a touch-based panel for HVAC control. Now it has slimmer and more angular AC vents. Apart from this, the dashboard gets leather inserts and carbon-fibre-like finish.
The top-spec Nexon facelift gets a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen and a similarly sized digital instrument cluster, which can also be used for navigation. Other features include a 360-degree camera, connected car technology, a wireless charger, ventilated seats, an air purifier, a voice-assisted sunroof, and more.
The Nexon facelift will get a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine, which generates 120hp of power and 170Nm of torque. Apart from this, a 1.5-liter diesel engine will be available, which generates 115hp of power and 260Nm of torque.
Both engines will be available with the existing 6-speed manual and 6-speed AMT. The petrol engine will also be available with the option of a 5-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox (with paddle shifters).
Tata Motors has removed the ‘X’ found in the old variants of Nexon – XE, XM, XM +, XZ + and XZ + Lux. Now in its place, the Nexon facelift trims are Smart, Smart+, Smart+ S, Pure, Pure S, Creative, Creative+, Creative+ S, Fearless, Fearless S, and Fearless+ S. ‘+’ indicates a bundled option package with many features.
