Tata Safari EV: Tata Motors, the leading car manufacturer in the Indian auto market, is at the top in terms of sales of electric cars. Expanding its lineup, the company is soon going to introduce Tata Safari EV.

According to the report, Tata Harrier and Safari electric cars are expected to arrive in the festive season of 2024 and early 2025 respectively. Already, both these electric cars are being tested continuously.

Tata Safari EV has recently been spotted during road testing. After Punch EV and Harrier EV, this is the third Tata Electric SUV based on the brand’s new Acti.EV platform.

Tata Safari EV Design

Talking about design, then the design of the new Safari EV three-row electric SUV looks quite similar to the ICE engine-powered Safari. The interior will also be almost similar to the regular Safari.

However, the new Safari EV will be offered with cosmetic changes. In this, you can see a closed grille, differently designed alloy wheels and EV badge.

Tata Safari EV Features

Talking about features, then the electric SUV will come with a 4-spoke steering wheel with ‘Tata logo’ and dashboard design. The new Tata Safari EV can feature a 10.25-inch digital driver display, 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front and rear seats, dual zone AC and a panoramic sunroof.

Tata Safari EV Safety Features

Talking about safety features, then the new EV will also come with improved safety features. In this, you can get features like blind spot monitor, ADAS technology, electronic stability control, 360-degree camera with 7 airbags.

Tata Safari EV Battery and Range

Talking about battery and range, then Tata Safari EV will provide a range of about 500 km on a single charge. However, the company has not yet given any information about its battery option.

Tata Safari EV Price

Talking about price, then the price is concerned, this EV can be offered with an estimated starting price of around Rs 32 lakh. This electric SUV will challenge electric vehicles like the BYD Atto 3, MG Z-S EV and the upcoming Maruti Suzuki EVX and Hyundai Creta EVs.
