Tata Motors will first launch the Tata Sierra ICE. It is expected that this vehicle will come to the Indian market by mid-2025. And if you talk about delivery, it is expected to start in 2026. Electric Sierra will be launched only after Sierra ICE.
Tata Sierra ICE 2025: What will be the engine like?
Tata Sierra ICE will come with both petrol and diesel engine options!
Petrol engine: It will get a 1.5 liter turbo petrol engine.
Diesel engine: It will also have the option of a 2.0 liter diesel engine.
You will get a 6-speed manual transmission standard in both engine options. And if you want automatic, then the top variant will also get the option of a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. Both engines will generate power of around 170 Bhp. However, it is not yet clear whether this vehicle will come in 2WD (two-wheel drive) or 4WD (four-wheel drive).
