New Tata Sumo Gold Design
Tata Sumo Gold is going to be introduced with a new avatar. It will be prepared based on the same platform as Tata Safari and Tata Harrier. It is going to get a new LED headlight setup with a newly designed bumper on the front and fog light setup with LED DRL setup.
While in the side profile, this new design is going to get diamond cut alloy wheels with roof rails and foot step. At the rear, it is going to get a bold look with a revised bumper and shark fin antenna with a new connected LED tail light unit. The road presence of the upcoming new generation Tata Sumo Gold is going to be much better and aggressive than other vehicles.
Cabin and Features
Not only external changes, we are going to see many big changes in its cabin as well. The new generation Tata Sumo Gold is now going to be introduced with a newly designed dashboard layout with central control and Tata’s new steering wheel. Along with this, it is also going to get the facility of soft touch at many places along with new leather seats.
Talking about the features, it is going to get a digital instrument cluster with a large touch screen infotainment system and Apple CarPlay connectivity with wireless Android Auto. Other features include wireless mobile charging, connected car technology, ventilated set with height adjustable driver seat, panoramic sunroof and premium sound system.
Safety feature
In the safety feature, it is going to get six airbags as standard, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, hill hail assist, hill descent control, traction control and reverse parking sensor with 360 degree camera.
Engine
To operate from under the bonnet, it will be offered with the same engine option as Tata Harrier and Tata Safari. It will be offered with six speed manual and six speed automatic transmission. However, no information has been revealed about the engine option yet. But it will be offered with both four wheel drive and two wheel drive technology.
Price
The price of Tata Sumo Gold is expected to start at around Rs 12 lakh ex-showroom in the Indian market.
