A new upper grille with a new pattern and a revised lower grille may give the car a more aggressive look.

Inside the car, the new dashboard, color scheme, upholstery, and trim may give a new look. Tata Motors may attract customers by introducing a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto. Mechanically changes are expected to be minimal. That is, it should continue to have 1.2-litre petrol and petrol-CNG engines and 5-speed manual and automated manual transmission options.

The Tata Tiago is likely to get its second facelift this year so that it remains fresh in the market for a few more years. Tata Motors may not make any changes to the sheet metal to keep the cost under control. Expect new bumpers, tweaked headlights and taillights, and new alloy wheels on the exterior.

The interior could include a USB Type-C port, a new touchscreen infotainment system larger than the 7-inch unit on the current model, and a new color scheme. It is expected to retain the existing 1.2-litre petrol and petrol-CNG engines and 5-speed manual and automated manual transmissions.

The Tata Tigor could also get a second round of comprehensive updates next year. The exterior of the updated sedan should be similar to the new Tata Tiago, including newly designed bumpers, revised headlights and taillights, and new alloy wheels. Similarly, revisions to the interior could include a larger touchscreen infotainment system, a USB Type-C port, and a new color scheme.
