Maruti Suzuki Ertiga: Maruti Suzuki India has declared an increase in the prices of all vehicles sold through its Arena and Nexa dealerships, effective February 1. The company cites rising manufacturing costs as the reason for this decision. This price adjustment also affects the popular Maruti Suzuki Ertiga MPV.
New price range after upgradation
Notably, the entry-level variant LXI (O) of the new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga MPV has experienced a price increase of Rs 15,000, while all other variants have seen a rise of Rs 10,000 each. The Ertiga MPV is available in four variants: LXI, VXI, ZXI, and ZXI Plus. Currently, the ex-showroom price for the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga in the Indian market ranges from Rs 8.84 lakh to Rs 13.13 lakh.
It is offered in several color options, including Metallic Magma Gray, Pearl Midnight Black, Pearl Arctic White, Dignity Brown, Pearl Metallic Oxford Blue, and Splendid Silver. The new Maruti Ertiga MPV comes with both 1.5-litre petrol and CNG engine options. The petrol engine produces 103 PS and 137 Nm of torque, available with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
When running on CNG, the engine generates 88 PS and 121.5 Nm of peak torque, offered exclusively with a 5-speed manual gearbox. In terms of fuel efficiency, the vehicle achieves up to 20.51 km per liter with petrol and 26.11 km per liter with CNG. The new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga MPV is equipped with features such as a touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, paddle shifters, cruise control, automatic climate control, dual airbags for safety, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), rear parking sensors, and hill-hold assist.
The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is highly popular among both cab operators and families in the Indian market, providing comfortable seating for seven passengers and a boot capacity of 209 liters for additional luggage during weekends and holidays.
