The Hero Splendor Plus Xtec is the updated version of Hero’s most popular Splendor series. The bike flaunts modernistic features and a fuel-efficient engine, especially suited for commuting, reliability, and affordability. Further, it has three variants of which each is slightly different, thus enhancing the range for options for buyers.

Batteries

This Splendor Plus Xtec is an efficient battery system that can power its lights and self-start function. The base variant has halogen as the bulb for the headlight. The higher variants, however, come equipped with an LED headlight for night rides. Overall, the entire electrical setup favors a stable power supply and hassle-free rides.

Processor and Camera

Except for the fact that it comes with an Idle Stop-Start System which enhances fuel efficiency, the bike does not possess modern-day advances, such as a digital processor like the scooters. Technology embedded into the engine defines the category, ensuring that the 56 cc petrol motorcycle achieves optimum performance when used for city commuting.

Other Specifications

Touted as one of the lightest motorcycles, the Hero Splendor Plus Xtec comes with a 125cc engine. This motorcycle boasts an ARAI mileage of up to 73 kmpl. Using a four-speed manual gearbox, it can successfully enhance the slickness of the shifting. At 112 kg, the bike weighs less than 80% of the other commuter bikes and hence improves handling and maneuverability in movement. The fuel tank capacity is set at 9.8 liters, promising a longer run between refueling stops. Most people can comfortably seat themselves on the bike, given that it measures 785 mm in its seat height.
