In this new offering from Toyota, the design has been optimized for production.
Powerful battery and powerful motor
The Urban Cruiser EV will be available in two battery options – 49kWh and 61kWh. The smaller battery version will get 144hp power and 189Nm torque, while the bigger battery has 174hp power.
The special thing is that the 61kWh battery will get an all-wheel drive option, which will have 184hp and 300Nm torque. Also, hill-descent control and trail mode for off-road are provided.
Great design and premium features
Toyota has kept the design of the Urban Cruiser EV modern and stylish. Its length is 4,285mm and its wheelbase is 2,700mm. Black cladding and dual-tone color options give it a premium look. Talking about the inside, it has a digital instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch touchscreen.
Premium features include an electronic parking brake, wireless charging, and connected car technology. The top variant gets a JBL audio system, sunroof, and adjustable rear seats.
Safety and Advanced Technology
The Urban Cruiser EV is also great in terms of safety. It has 6 airbags, a 360-degree camera, and ADAS features, such as adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist. All these features make it a reliable and safe car.
It will be showcased for the first time at the 2025 Brussels Motor Show and will be available in India by the end of the year. And talking about the price, the company has maintained silence till now. The price will be confirmed only on the launch timeline, so you will have to wait for it.
