TVS Jupiter 110: TVS Motors has today launched its famous scooter TVS Jupiter 110 in a completely new avatar in the domestic market. This new model will replace the almost decade old Jupiter. Equipped with attractive looks and powerful engine. This is a family scooter which directly competes with Honda Activa in the market. The company has made many changes in the new Jupiter which makes it better and more advanced than the previous model.

Talking about design, then its look has become even sharper and more stylish than before. Its front has been given a wide LED daytime running light. Apart from this, the side profile of the scooter has also been changed a lot. It has a wide frame at the rear which makes the scooter attractive even when viewed from the back.

Talking about features, then its top variant has a new Bluetooth-compatible digital display with turn-by-turn navigation, call and notification alerts as well as voice assist. This scooter can be connected to the TVS SmartXconnect app. It has many features which you can access by connecting the dash to your smartphone. Start/Stop technology has also been given in the new Jupiter, which will help in increasing mileage.

Talking about engine, then the company has given a new 113cc engine which generates 8hp of power and 9.8Nm of torque. There is an increase of about 0.1hp in the power output. This scooter is equipped with ‘iGO Assist’ micro-hybrid technology for the first time in the segment. This system includes a more powerful battery than normal (which is charged by the engine while slowing down the scooter) which powers the ISG motor.

Talking about its price, then the starting price of this scooter has been fixed at Rs 73,700 (ex-showroom).
