UltravioletteF77: Electric two-wheeler company Ultraviolette has launched its new electric bike in India. This e-bike has been named F77 Mach 2, and it is an upgraded version of the company’s own F77, which was launched a few years ago.

Talking about features, then the F77 is fully loaded with a 5.0-inch TFT display, auto on/off headlamps, navigation with real-time traffic assists, geofencing and a whole lot more. There’s even a lockdown mode in case your bike gets stolen. The connected features are powered by a built-in 4G SIM and Ultraviolette says there will be no subscription charges.

Talking about battery, then the company has installed a 27kW motor in the standard model of F77 Mach 2. Apart from this, a 7.1kWh battery has been installed in the standard model and a 10.3kWh battery in the Recon. It is claimed that this is the largest battery ever installed in a two-wheeler.
With this battery, the e-bike gets a single charge range of 323km. This bike can reach a speed of 100 kmph in just 7 seconds. The company also claims that even after driving this bike for 1,00,000 kilometers, its battery life will remain up to 95%.

Talking about price, then it has been launched in two variants; Standard and Recon. The starting price of this e-bike has been kept at Rs 2.99 lakh. However, it has been fixed for the first 100 customers only. After this, the price of the bike will increase to Rs 3,99,000.
