7th Pay Commission: Central employees and pensioners are going to get good news soon. Before Diwali and Dhanteras, there can be a 4% increase in the DA of central employees. Due to which there will be a strong increase in the salary, which is going to prove like a big gift.

A big shock has already been given by the central government, because now the possibility of formation of the 8th Pay Commission seems very less. However, the government had also given its clarification on this in the House, due to which the employees got a big shock.

Now everyone is eagerly waiting for the Modi government to increase their DA soon, so that their luck shines. The central government has not officially announced the date of DA increase, but it is being claimed before Diwali.

Know how much will the DA be?

If the central government increases the DA by 4 percent, then it will increase to 54 percent. At present, central employees are getting the benefit of 50 percent DA. The government had earlier increased the DA by 4 percent in the month of March, after which everyone is now waiting for the increase.

After this decision of the government, there will be a bumper increase in salary. About one crore employees and pensioners will get this benefit, due to which everyone is sure to enjoy. Actually, as per the rules of the Seventh Pay Commission, the government increases DA twice every year, the rates of which are considered effective from January 1 and July 1. Now the rates of DA which will increase will be considered effective from July 1.

Will not get 18 months DA arrears

The Modi government at the Center will not give the benefit of 18 months DA arrears to the central employees. This is being considered as a big setback for the central employees. The government did not give DA arrears from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 to the central employees during Kovid-19. After this, all the employees kept demanding this continuously, but the government clearly refused to give it in the House. This was considered as a big shock for the employees.
