Complete Salary Calculation
If the fitment factor falls between 2.6 and 2.85, the basic salary may increase by 25-30%. Pension is also expected to rise by the same percentage. Based on this calculation, an employee currently receiving a basic salary of Rs 20,000 could see their salary increase to between Rs 46,600 and Rs 57,200.
Additionally, with revised allowances and performance-based pay, the minimum basic salary is expected to be more than Rs 40,000.
