Online Process
To update your Aadhaar card, first go to the official UIDAI website. You have to choose the Update Aadhaar option and go to the Aadhaar Update Request section. After logging in using your youUIDar number, select the “Address” option and enter your new address as it should appear on the card.
You must fill in the OTP received on the registered mobile number and select the address from the Update Demographics Data option. Then click on the address and enter your new address. After you fill in all these details, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50.
When changing the address, you must scan and upload the required document. After submitting, a URN will be generated, which you can use to track your status.
Let us tell you that UIDAI advises to update Aadhaar every 10 years, but it is not necessary. You must update Aadhaar after 10 years.
