The Indian government takes several initiatives to empower the women in the nation. For this purpose, the government implements various types of programs. Many schemes for women are brought by not just the central government but also the state governments of various states in India. At the beginning of the year, the Maharashtra government introduced the Majhi Ladki Behen Yojana for women in the state, inspired by Madhya Pradesh’s Ladli Behna Yojana.
Women in the state are provided with financial aid of Rs. 1,500 monthly. Up to now, hundreds of thousands of women in the state have received advantages through this program from the government. Up to this point, five parts have been launched in the plan. Currently, women are anticipating the arrival of the following payment, wondering when it will come and how much money they will get.
The state government of the country offers monetary aid of Rs under this program. A monthly payment of 1500 is given to the women who are receiving the benefits. This sum is directly transferred to their account by the government using DBT, which stands for Direct Benefit Transfer. Due to Diwali approaching, the Maharashtra government had already issued the November installment early to women.
In which a combined total of 3,000 rupees from the fourth and fifth installment were sent simultaneously. Currently, women are anticipating the arrival of the sixth phase of the program. As per the reports, the next phase of the Majhi Ladki Behen Yojana may be launched following the establishment of the fresh administration. This time, women will receive a payment of only 1500 rupees. Two installments were sent together the previous time. As a result, a payment of Rs 3000 will be due.
