How to get an offline Ayushman card
The government has set some eligibility criteria to get an Ayushman card. If you are eligible and want to get an offline card, visit your nearest Common Service Center (CSC). Meet the concerned officer there. They will verify the documents after checking your eligibility. If everything is fine, they will submit your application. After this, your Ayushman card will be made, which you can download online.
Who can get an Ayushman card
Ayushman card is issued to poor and needy people. The government has fixed the eligibility for this. People working in the unorganized sector, living below the poverty line, people of tribal communities, people of rural areas, people belonging to Scheduled Caste or Tribe, who have a disabled member in the family, and daily wage laborers, all are eligible for it.
