How does fraud happen?
A recent incident took place in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh. A man was duped of Rs 15,000 by two people on the pretext of withdrawing money from Aadhaar card in a village in Ghorawal Kotwali area here. In this case, the police had told that the victim Shivnarayan Vishwakarma went to a shopkeeper (banking representative) in his village who works to withdraw money from the Aadhaar card. He went there and gave his Aadhaar card and talked about withdrawing money.
