Are you also looking forward to going to the Mahakumbh Mela? But don’t know how to go? Then there is good news for you. The Mahakumbh is set to take place in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh starting January 13. People from all over India and even from abroad are expected to flock to the Kumbh, with around 400 million attendees anticipated this year. This train is designed to highlight India’s rich culture and heritage, offering luxury amenities that set it apart from regular trains. It will be themed, allowing passengers to explore various tourist attractions across different cities in one trip. Along with Prayagraj, the train will also stop in Varanasi and Ayodhya.
The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) West Zone has launched a package called ‘Mahakumbh Gram IRCTC Tent City Prayagraj’. This package covers travel, meals, and accommodations in tents for pilgrims visiting Prayagraj.
